Dear Nutcracker Aspirants. Congratulations on a joyful audition. Now to work. The first rehearsals start on Sept. 28. Some parts are not rehearsing until later - Bonbons, Oct 20. Not all dancers for every section are called at the same time. We try to best utilize time so that no one is sitting around. When you are called, please arrive on time and ready to dance. There is a great deal of information, and for clarity it is not listed by individual names, but by the roles, and the sections of the ballet by Scene or Divertissements. (Act 2 has divertissements or separate dances). If you have questions - please email us!!

LBC (Lafayette Ballet Company) does not charge you a participation fee, or an audition fee, or a costume rental or cleaning fee. ALL THE HOURS THAT GO INTO REHEARSAL AND PRODUCTION are donated by our director, our faculty, our technical help, our dancers. That means that everyone is giving a precious part of their time, expertise, patience, and muscle to make this production work. There are no stars, only a great disciplined and giving family. We ask if you wish to be a part of that. And if you do: NO GRUMBLING.

Your Director,
Sandra Peticolas
