ANNOUNCING OUR FALL SCHEDULE - AUGUST 17 - DEC 18 2026

Many things remain the same and familiar. But we have a few new tricks up our tutus. We are welcoming back faculty member Catherine (Lewis) Shukle to re-introduce the love of dance to 4 and 5 year olds. YES! Finally a trusted friend to bring your new little dancers to a lifetime love. This will be called now DANCE DISCOVERY

Our 6.7.8 year old class will be taught by Linor Lyanda-Gellar whose imagination and love of dance is overflowing, but her sense of order is firmly in place. What a great combination. This will be called INTRODUCTION TO REAL BALLET

We welcome back as guest and hopefully permanant faculty, Jennifer (Hintz) Hausdorfer whose teaching and performance enchanted us for years and whose creativity will be treasured.

We always welcome the input of Lisa Douglas whether pointe shoe fittings, settings of classical variations, answers to questions that would take 3 weeks of waiting at the physical therapist, or uncompromising Vaganova instruction.

And yes, your Director, Sandra Peticolas, is still hobbling up those ballroom stairs and making seemingly unreasonable demands of young people who are perfectly capable but have not yet discovered that hidden strength which will take them through the rough tides of their future lives. Furthermore Ms Peticolas has now reserved a special hour class for her faithful adults who listen and breathe ballet as the balm it is for the chaos of life. Added as an open class is Creative Contemporary on Saturdays as well.
